Matthew has deep solutions expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), having architected and delivered Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for over 21 years across a variety of industries in New Zealand, Canada, and the U.S. Matthew has also worked with Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and the wider Microsoft Power Platform stack as a Cloud Solution Architect. 

Matthew has a proven track record of building and delivering compelling sales demonstrations, storytelling, removing technical blockers, managing hands-on technical delivery and project teams, and speaking at community events.
