Jeff is a Content Development Manager, SME, published author, and accomplished technologist. He has decades of professional experience in the field of IT and strategic business consulting.

Jeff has served in nearly every role at GrandMasters, starting as an Item Writer, and works on projects covering multiple solution areas for a variety of clients. Jeff’s areas of expertise include cloud computing, quantum computing, operational intelligence, robotic process automation, low/no code solutions, and enterprise integration patterns and designs.

When he’s not renewing a certification, Jeff enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, geeking out with new technology, and knowing more today than he did yesterday.
