Allen has been involved with GrandMasters since day one. Early on, he created an operational workflow diagram in Visio that helped GrandMasters win their first project. Since then, Allen has supported GrandMasters with delivery models, support tools, and program management. Allen worked full time for GrandMasters from 2009 to 2014 and came back to GrandMasters full time in 2021. Allen is at his best when tackling service delivery inefficiencies and looking for ways to raise the bar on service delivery, product/service quality, and client satisfaction.

 

Allen has over 20 years of experience in information technology (server and storage hardware, operating systems, and application software), physical security technology (access control systems, surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, and global monitoring solutions), and content development efforts (technology and higher education). He has supported systems engineering, systems architecture, product management, program management, and people management at Fortune 100 firms such as Boeing, Chase, and Amazon.

 

Allen enjoys cycling, cruising around in a kayak with his family (although his daughters prefer paddleboarding), and running.
