Jaime got her start as an e-book tester at Microsoft. Over the years, she has worked her way through document formatting, indexing, editing, proofreading, and project management roles. She brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as Content Development Manager and continues to hone her editing skills for assessments and exams for GrandMasters’ clients.

When she’s not poring over assessments and exam content, Dakota-born Jaime loves to travel mountain roads. She and her family are always trying to find a new hidden cave or mountain lake.
