Lisa Kreissler

As Director of Business Development and co-founder, Lisa ensures that GRANDMASTERS provides the best business solutions and highest satisfaction to Clients. Lisa has over 14 years experience in the technology industry. She has extensive business development, sales, and management experience servicing corporations and government institutions in the Pacific Northwest, as well as Fortune 500 companies nationwide. In addition, Lisa has vast experience in developing and maintaining international distributor agreements, contracts and relationships.

Prior to founding GRANDMASTERS, Lisa served as Client Director for Siemens Business Services, an information technical outsourcing and consulting division of Siemens. Prior to that, Lisa was the Educational Sales Manager for Keane, Inc. and helped to develop one of the most successful certified technical education centers in the Pacific Northwest. And before Keane, Lisa was the Direct Sales Manager of CompUSA, managing a $12 million annual business in corporate sales.

The key to Lisa’s success is surrounding herself with the best-of-the-best in team members, consultants, partners and Clients. And Lisa believes the key to maintaining success is providing outstanding service.

Lisa holds a BA degree in English from the University of Missouri, with an emphasis in Political Science.

Richard Kobylka

As Director of Consulting Services and co-founder, Richard ensures that GRANDMASTERS delivers its projects on time, on budget, and that the work meets or exceeds the Clients’ expectations. Richard has over 13 years experience in the technology industry. He has extensive consulting and project management experience working with a wide variety of Clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. Richard has experience managing both projects and project managers who own a portfolio of projects.

Prior to founding GRANDMASTERS, Richard served as a Program Manager for Sakson & Taylor, now owned by Aquent, for content development projects. Prior to that, Richard was Director of Consulting Services for GCSI and helped create the consulting practice for the company. And before GCSI, Richard was Director of Consulting Services for Keane at its Kirkland, WA location.

The key to Richard’s success is understanding the Client’s needs and organizing resources to meet and frequently exceed the Client’s expectations. He maintains a hands on approach to management and stresses open and frequent communication with Clients. And Richard believes the key to maintaining success is providing outstanding service.

Richard holds a BA degree in History and Government from Beloit College, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and earned his PMP from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Ron Thomas
Ron Thomas is an Infrastructure Practice Director for the world’s largest Systems Integrator dedicated to the Microsoft Platform. He has provided architectural guidance and leadership on multiple delivery and assessment projects for several global enterprises, specializing in highly available and scalable infrastructure and designs supporting line of business applications.

Ron has been a key contributor to certification and training development for the MCSE and MCSA programs, and has authored several technical white papers. Ron’s speaking engagements include technical presentations at HP, Microsoft, EMC, Gartner and InfoWeek500 technical conferences.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Ron provides strategic technical guidance for GRANDMASTERS.
